Heya, guys! How long has it been, exactly? 5 or 6 months? Maybe!
I was working super hard as the head lineart-character artist at #Turnabout-Musical (https://www.deviantart.com/turnabout-musical)! We finished August Day right on time, but we're not even out of the first of five acts yet- we're barely a song through! There's going to be a lot of work to do, but I can only hope that our new art team members and this break before Animazement to finish up the website art will rejuvinate me (I am so sick of drawing Phoenix, guys. You don't even). Hopefully we'll have a nice workflow of Song-Dialog-Song-Dialog (since Dialog isn't that much work to do and will give me time to actually UPDA

GUYS! I just finished a piece and saved it as a .PNG from Photoshop.
I normally save under .PNG, so that's nothing that needs fixing.
BUT NOW I CAN'T REOPEN THE FILE WITH ANY OF MY PROGRAMS. ; A;;;;;;;;;;;;
I can't convert it or anything! whaddoidooooooooo I don't wanna just do it all over!
YOU ALL KNOW MORE ABOUT PHOTOSHOP THAN I DO, WHAT'S GOING ON?
The icon's a FW icon, but I can't open it in Fireworks, either because it says it doesn't recognize the filetype!
i can't open it in Windows photo viewer, Photoshop, Fireworks, Acrobat, or Paintshop (which says it's an invalig PNG file)!
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!

Long time no see, huh? It's been quite a long while since we've last had a chance to catch up, but I expect you've been very busy with your current undertakings in the music/arts scene, given that you still do that, in which case I really do hope you're doing well for yourself. Anyway, just wanted to pop in and wish you a very happy birthday, and may you have a stupendous day out enjoying it.
You might not frequent dA like your used to anymore, or at all right now, but I still wanted to send a message to one of my old acquaintances of the webcomic days of yore. Just to let you know, you Esa were always my favourite webcomic author, bar none. Crisp quality, great material, and superb pacing all rolled in one, that's the mark of a true artist, which I for one have always seen and adored in your mediums of work. Till this day, your art still inspires me and I hope others too, to put your heart and soul into what you wish to achieve in life.
